Hailey is a partner at NP Agency, driving communications, marketing, public relations and digital work for clients working on a wide-range of issues including education, labor, jobs and the economy, tech, climate and energy, gun violence prevention and more. Her client work includes creating and managing marketing materials and messaging, generating and managing content for websites, email campaigns, targeted actions, letter to the editor campaigns, online fundraising and social media. Her experience includes utilizing and maintaining a variety of online tools and member management systems including: CRMs; organizational websites and microsites; social media outlets; SMS messaging programs; mobile applications; and blogging platforms. Additionally, her experience includes managing and training staff on communications and digital tools and best practices, working with vendors and managing a large and diverse team.
Hailey graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2008 and previously held positions with the Democratic Party, Vice President Al Gore’s Alliance for Climate Protection, and was the Digital Director at the American Federation of Teachers for almost a decade.
Hailey is a native Californian who cares deeply about social justice, and loves cooking and dogs.
