Bailly Gray brings a dynamic background in advertising and business, graduating with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida with a concentration in Advertising. With a passion for fostering client relationships and a keen eye for detail, Bailly joins NP Agency as a Senior Account Associate.
Prior to NP Agency, Bailly honed her skills during her experience as a marketing intern at Red Light Management, Hundred Days Record Label, and Schifino Lee Advertising Agency, where she contributed to successful marketing campaigns and artist management initiatives.
Bailly’s leadership extends to her past roles in University of Florida’s Student Government and Florida Blue Key. She served as Senior Class Vice President, Creative Director of Design for UF Homecoming and Vice Chair of Marketing for Student Government Productions, showcasing her ability to manage large-scale events and lead creative teams effectively.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Bailly is passionate about photography and founded Photos by Bailly Photography in 2019 to showcase her creative talents outside the office. In her time off, she enjoys live music, traveling, and watching the Gators win on Saturdays.
