Allison oversees the digital strategy and paid media department at NP Agency as an Account Director. She leads on creative campaign planning and strategy, supported by the advertising team. Allison leads a team that is passionate about audience research, testing solutions and making active optimizations, and staying on top of digital trends and the most innovative tactics – all efforts toward crafting campaigns that deliver impressive results for clients.
As a digital specialist, Allison’s background in graphic design helps her work closely with the Creative team at NP. Her experience includes design and art direction at a digital marketing agency and design and creative advertising at The Martin Agency in Richmond, Virginia. A North Texas native, Allison graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond.
