While he started his career in Melbourne, Paul spent 10 years as Global Managing Director of The iD Factor (online panel company) and iCD Research (full service online research agency) in the UK and USA, working with clients such as Microsoft, Royal Bank of Scotland, The International Herald Tribune, Citizens Bank and many more.

Returning to Australia in 2009, he was Managing Director and Partner of BrandHook until 2016, when he formed The Interpreters and The Go2Crowd.  Paul’s passion is based on delivering results that impact the business – providing a direction and solution to help brands and businesses thrive and grow.
