As an Account Manager, Nicole is responsible for managing advertising campaigns and targeting and drafting strategy goals/plans for a range of clients at NP Agency. Her responsibilities include drafting compelling media plans, optimizing campaigns and making sure operational efficiency is maintained across campaigns by closely monitoring key KPIs. Her expertise in ad ops allows her to be critical in the way campaigns operate to meet goals and improve efficiency.
Before NP, Nicole worked in a wide range of industries across both small start-ups and big agencies such as Havas Media and iRobot. Originally from Lima, Peru, she also has experience working internationally and understanding a wide range of media outlets and global campaigns.
Nicole graduated with a master’s in management from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s in business administration and psychology from Northeastern University.
